The STAR 21 Networks wholesale services are intended for telecommunication operators, Internet Service Providers (ISP) and system integrators, to provide them fast, reliable and safe connection of their customers.

The basis of the STAR 21 Networks offer is the provision of high-quality broadband access line (leased circuit) from the end customer (usually a firm or organisation) to the wholesale partner’s telecommunication network. These partners are mainly telecommunication operators and Internet Service Providers (ISP).

This line then enables the customer to use specific data or telecommunication services provided by STAR 21 Networks partners – most often, these services include Internet connection, data services, IP VPN and telephone services (classical telephony or VoIP).
